A Des Moines native with dual B.S. degrees from the University of Iowa in Athletic Training and Health & Sports Studies, a Master's from Iowa State, and a Doctorate in Athletic Training from Temple University (2020). Founder of The ATR in 2015 and a volunteer advocate for the profession at the state, district, and national level.
Born and raised in Normal, Illinois. Earned her Master's in Athletic Training from Iowa State University, specializing in women's soccer during her graduate studies. Joined The ATR in May 2025 and provides services for the Des Moines Menace and Saydel High School.
Grew up in Ottumwa, Iowa. Earned her B.A. in Athletic Training from Simpson College and an M.S. in Athletic Training with a specialization in Sport Neurology and Concussion from A.T. Still University (2023). Joined The ATR in March 2026, currently serving the Iowa Barnstormers and Grandview Christian High School.
Born in Indianola, Iowa. B.S. from the University of Iowa, M.S. in Exercise Science & Sport Rehabilitation from Logan University. Involved with The ATR since 2015 as a student volunteer, joined as staff in 2021. Also the owner of Undone Strength and Fitness in Indianola, operating The ATR's Indianola location.
B.A. from Briar Cliff College, M.S. from Idaho State University, and a Doctorate of Education from UNI. Spent 15 years at UNI supporting multiple athletic programs before working at Drake University and Iowa State's Master of Athletic Training faculty. Joined The ATR in 2018.
B.A. in Athletic Training from UNI and M.S. in Health Sciences from Western Illinois University. Experience spans collegiate, high school, hospital, and industrial athletic training settings. Currently a licensed EMT-B in Iowa and provides services for Interstate 35 High School through The ATR.
Certified Athletic Trainer for six years with three years of dry needling certification through Structure and Function Education. Specializes in targeting muscle tightness, improving mobility, and accelerating recovery — for athletes and everyday patients alike.
